Moira Aston

Moira is the CEO of Canoeing Ireland since December 2018 and has extensive sports administration experience having worked with Athletics Ireland for twelve years in senior roles.

Lochlann Walsh

Lochlann has a 20-year track record in sports administration, from grass roots to NGB Chair. In his professional life he has over 30 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles in large multi-nationals which complements the skills needed in Sport Administration.

Sarah O’Shea

Sarah is a qualified solicitor and holds an International Masters in Sports Law and Management. Having worked in general practice for 10 years she joined the FAI in 2005 as the first in-house lawyer in an NGB and worked there until she set up her own sports consultancy in 2015.

Eric Brady

Eric is a senior Civil Servant with broad experience across the public and private sectors having worked with An Garda Siochana, HSE and the Department of Justice. Previously Eric held senior positions in Financial Services and Consultancy.

Michelle Carpenter

Michelle has served as CEO of Rowing Ireland since 2018, following roles with the Council of Europe and the European Central Bank.

Georgina Drumm

Georgina is a Member of the Olympic Federation Board, first elected 2017. She is also a member of the OFI’s Audit and Risk Committee and is a previous member of the OFI’s Governance Committee.

John Feehan

John has over 25 years proven track record of achievement in senior leadership roles (c-level/board) with blue-chip companies, primarily in National and International Sports, but also including Travel, FMCG, Print & Data Services, and business consultancy sectors.

Roddy Guiney

Roddy grew up in an Olympic household with his father Dave having competed in the shot-put at the 1948 Olympics and was press attaché in both Barcelona and Atlanta games.

Aaron Guli

Aaron has been involved in ice hockey for 47 years. Within this time frame he has been a lifelong player, coach, mentor, and administrator.

Eadaoin Keane

Eadaoin is currently Director of Marketing & Communications of the FAI, with responsibility for Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs.

Sonya McGinn

Sonya McGinn OLY competed in Sydney 2000 Olympics Games before setting up her own businesses – SV Fitness Health Club and The Massage & Sports Therapy Centre.

Aidan McLaughlin

Aidan is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience driving strategic brand initiatives across diverse industries for over 20 years.

John Menton

John is an Olympian, qualified solicitor, and is the current Chairperson of the Irish Sailing Olympic Steering Group.
His initial involvement with High-Performance sport was in Athletics, where he represented Ireland in the Discus at the 2000 Olympic Games, World University Games and Europa Cups.

James Quilligan

James is an executive leader with over 25 years of significant experience at senior management level in commercial, nonprofit and sporting bodies. He has exceptional knowledge of strategic planning and execution.

Siobhán Scarlett

Siobhan has been involved in the sport of Olympic Target Shooting since 2007. She was awarded University Pinks, the highest sporting achievement in Trinity College Dublin, and has competed at a High-Performance level as part of the Irish squad at European and World Competitions.

Cecile van Steenberge

Cecile is a Managing Director at Google, leading a sales team that empowers businesses to achieve their growth goals through effective digital advertising strategies. She is also currently an active Board member of the Snowsports Association of Ireland.
