Aaron has been involved in ice hockey for 47 years. Within this time frame he has been a lifelong player, coach, mentor, and administrator. Being President of Irish Ice Hockey for thirteen years has expanded his knowledge base for every aspect of sports administration within the Irish landscape as well as internationally.
Aaron is highly driven with a solid track record in the management of projects and programs in a constantly evolving dynamic organisation. A strong and influential leader with acute attention to detail particularly with regards to conceptualisation, development and program design as well as the continued management of all program lifecycles.
